Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning is a primary concentration of Arden and our venture activities. We utilize and develop AI & ML tools for image enhancement, video processing, and natural language processing (NLP).

Natural Language Processing and knowledge management are the underlying DNA of much that we do and remaining the fundamental basis many of our endeavors. We are data agnostic with our systems being able to process input data from various source materials, which can even range from audio to even handwritten notes in certain cases.

◉ In February 2019, we setup an AI chatbot, trained on some famous and not so famous quotes, as a test for our upcoming Answer Desk system. The resulting answers were inspiring not only from the standpoint of the returned relevant quote, but the validation of our technology!

◉ In January 2019, we loaded over 50,000 articles into a knowledgebase and had our deep learning tools, identify concepts, people, places with extractive summarization of keypoints based on the search

◉ In April 2018, we setup an NLP text summarization and analysis tool for metadata creation and insertion into an AI based Q & A system used in the field of legal discovery.

◉  In 2017, we helped a Michigan law firm comb through thousands of pages of discovery — much of it badly imaged — for deposition preparation, using NLP & Custom Parsing Tools.

◉ 2000 (Going Wayback) Some of our operations and processes became the inspiration for the knowledge management software created by TamTam(tm) (also founded by our founder), which later powered Ebay’s International Answer Desk which at the time was advertised on eBay as “Powered by TamTam”. We’ve been doing this for a long time!
